Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session or package through The Interview Coach, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking. If you do not agree to these terms, do not book a session.

2. Services

The Interview Coach provides virtual one-on-one interview coaching services for Miss America contestants. All sessions are conducted virtually via Google Meet or another agreed-upon platform. The Interview Coach is an independent coaching service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Miss America Organization.

3. Eligibility

Services are available to local and state-level Miss America contestants. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the duration of every session. By booking a session for a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they will be present throughout.

4. Bookings

All sessions and packages must be booked in advance through the booking system at www.missamericainterview.com. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Each booking is valid for one competition. Clients returning for subsequent competitions are welcome to book individual sessions or packages based on their needs.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. The Interview Coach accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and payments processed through Stripe. All payments are in US dollars.

6. Refund Policy

All sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

7. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is welcome at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued. To reschedule, contact Gray Stabley at gray@missamericainterview.com with your preferred new date and time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

8. Session Conduct

Sessions are conducted virtually. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for their session. Sessions are not recorded by either party. The Interview Coach is not responsible for technical difficulties on the client's end. If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on the coach's end, the session will be rescheduled at no charge.

9. Post-Competition Debrief

A complimentary 30-minute virtual post-competition debrief session is included with all packages. This session is optional and carries no expiration date.

10. No Guarantee of Outcome

The Interview Coach provides coaching services designed to help contestants develop confidence, authenticity, and presence in interview settings. No guarantee of any competition outcome, placement, or title is made or implied. Results depend entirely on the individual contestant's effort, preparation, and performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Interview Coach's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific session or package in question. The Interview Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, frameworks, exercises, and content provided by The Interview Coach are the intellectual property of Gray Stabley DBA The Interview Coach. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without express written permission.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If informal negotiation is unsuccessful after 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Maine. Any claims must be brought within one year of the session or service in question.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

The Interview Coach reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted at www.missamericainterview.com/terms. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
